Zepp Life is the rebranded name of the original Mi Fit app from Xiaomi for its popular activity tracker the Mi Band. Using this newly updated fitness tracker app you can also pair Amazfit devices along with Xiaomi-made smart scales and a number of other gadgets.

And just like the old Mi Fit app, the updated software keeps tabs on your activity. Analyses sleep and evaluate your workouts. The aim is to help you build a healthier daily routine while providing you with proper data graphs.

The new updated Zepp Life interface gives you a quick overview of your goals and results. As well as several easy-to-read graphs showing your fitness data and progress. It even shows the time you went to sleep, how long you slept, and when you woke up similar to Samsung Health.

Newer Xiaomi wearables will use a new version of the Mi Fitness app. Which merges Xiaomi Health and Xiaomi Wear/Xiaomi Wear Lite apps together.

Older models like the Xiaomi Smart Band 6 will move to the Zepp Life app. This will be true for global markets, including China, for both the Android and iOS platforms. This has created confusion and signifies a deep partnership between Huami (Amazfit) and Xiaomi.
