Nova Google Companion will now bring Google Feed support to the popular Nova Launcher. If you use this android Launcher app on a Lollipop device then you will get complete support.
The app now supports integrating the Google Now page into the mobile desktop. Just like the Pixel Launcher and Google Now Launcher, through the help of the Nova Google Companion APK that you can download by clicking above.

According to the XDA developer “The application is not available on the Google Play Store as it is set to “debuggable” in its manifest. Once the companion app is installed. Nova Launcher can access the Google Now pane and display it on your home screen.”
Version 1.1 of the Google Companion app makes the Google Now panel integration compatible. The developer behind Nova Launcher managed to fix various bugs to make the integration more stable.
To enable Nova Google Companion, you first have to make sure your device is running Nova Launcher 5.2-beta2 or higher.
Then, just download the Nova Google Companion and once it’s installed, open up the settings in Nova Launcher, tap on Google Feed/Now, and enable the page.
This addition to the launcher will enable you to quickly access the assistant and other services that you would normally use on the stock OS home screen.
Nova Google Companion is not allowed by Google Play yet. So it should be picked up via APK Mirror or TeslaCoilApps. Fortunately, it comes for free, but those less adventurous should wait for it to become available in Google’s app store.
But don’t worry as you can easily and safely download and install the app by clicking the download button above. Install the apk file once the download finishes and your Nova upgrade will be ready to use.

I used to love this, but it has changed. The top of the app is awful. There is an upcoming button you need to press which then takes you away from the actual companion. It just opens the Google app. Not so smooth. I liked it better when it was all just in one tab, no need to press the upcoming button. I just want to see what is upcoming on top, then news articles underneath. Basically, the old interface of the Nova Google companion was better.
